Reinvesting in America’s Future: A Twenty Year Agenda

The American Centrist Party has a twenty year plan for reinvestment in the American economy, education and energy systems, and to seriously begin paying off our national debt, from 2010 to 2030.

1.8 trillion dollars over ten years….3.6 trillion dollars after twenty years…..5.4 trillion after thirty years. This money will come from allocating money already in the federal budget to the following priorities:


American Reinvestment and Debt Payment Plan 2010-2030


30 billion per year for education including: college tuition assistance, modernizing schools, hiring new teachers and tutors, job retraining. Amount from 2010-2030: $600 billion dollars

30 billion per year for infrastructure reform to include: work for new bridges, roads, mass magnetic rail intercontinental rail transit, and national broadband Internet access. It is estimated that American infrastructure needs 1 trillion dollars in upgrades and repairs for the 21st century. Amount from 2010-2030: $600 billion dollars

Energy Solutions Investment: 1.2 trillion dollars from 2010-2020 to include: Bringing America energy independence, development and mass marketing and production of renewable fuels. Overhauling American energy infrastructure for an energy independent economy and renewable fuel economy. Currently America sends $700 billion dollars a year to foreign nations for energy. Amount from 2010-2020: $1.2 trillion dollars

National Debt Repayment Plan: $300 billion dollars from 2010-2020 to be paid to the reduction of the national debt. After 2020, the amount will increase to $1.5 trillion dollars per ten years to 2030 and beyond. Under this plan by 2030 using money already allocated in the federal budget and no additional spending cuts the national debt will be decreased by nearly $ 2 trillion dollars.
